Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy on selected items. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Non-returnable items:
Brushndrink kits are custom-made and cannot be returned. If your kit arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello.brushndrink@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Eligible returns:
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello.brushndrink@gmail.com. If approved, you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost. Please do not send items back without confirmation, as they won’t be accepted.

Damages & Issues:
Please check your order on arrival and contact us right away. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
  • Personalised or custom items (like gift boxes)
  • Beauty/personal care products
  • Hazardous, flammable, or sale items
  • Gift cards (exchange only)

Exchanges 
To exchange, return your item (if eligible), then place a new order once it's accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days, email us.
